General Project Background: The Palm Islands, also referred to as The Palm Dubai and The Palms, are three manmade islands inside the Arab Gulf, which are being constructed with backfill on the coast of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Employer has purchased plots numbers C28 and C29 (Parcel No. PJC R28+R29) of gross land area of approximately 94351 square meters (23.3 acres) located on the surrounding crescent of Jumeirah Palm, and has allocated them for the construction of this

Project. : Palm Jumeirah Sofitel Resort – Project Location: Palm Jumeirah, surrounding crescent, Parcel No. PJCR 28+29.

This project consisting main hotel building, 3nos eight stories apartment building, villas and include jetty work, the total built-up area of the project around 142,658.21 sqmt.

The total project value approximates AED 1.65 Billion.

The Palm Jumeirah is touted as soon to be one of the world’s premier resorts.
