Sri Project Management Consultants is a quantity surveying company that provide cost consulting for construction and refurbishment projects for developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors. Having worked closely on various projects, we have been able to demonstrate a strong professional practice and tailor-made services for developments in all sectors of the building and construction industry. Sri managing partner has worked in the UAE, KSA, and India for more than 28 years. Sri has extensive knowledge of architectural design, contracts, and commercial management to fully fill the client’s needs. Sri has extensive and diversified experience in varied roles in the construction industry (high-rise buildings, community villas, five-star hotel projects, stadium projects, and infrastructure works), with a proven record of delivering in differing environments such as the UAE, KSA, and India.

We established ourselves in India in 2004 and are now opening our new branch in Dubai with a young, highly efficient, mainly UAE-experienced team. Our partner has worked for a well-reputed International consulting firm and International Contracting Company as commercial and contract manager in many years in Dubai

Sri provides all in-house services, covering design, supervision, cost advice, contracts, commercial management, and claim management as well. We are building long-term, trusted partnerships to create a world where lives are enriched through the implementation of our ideas.
